10 mins	Introduction of new members & Updates		Will Abramson - PhD student - cryptography and tech but also very interested with the social implications. Yoma, youth participation takes time but strong value in bottom-up community law making Danger of implementing tech MVP without considering governance or HX design Better to co-design in parallel (gov, tech & HX) vs retrofit. Most effective when it is iterative, Use tools like scenario building into lean gov framework? (See this Miro Board)

30 mins	Update on HXWG Deliverables	Andrew	HX - Outside in - inviting experts from different disciplines to do regular 15minute slot in WG meetings. e.g. Anthropologists, historians, philosophers, sociologists, designers, artists... a list of 5-7 questions that are of interest and focus for us, with intention of using them in the outreach Update on comments and feedback in the outline document Create a 'Scenario Building & Role-playing' guide - consider how used in lean governance and other uses of the tool - benefits etc. Highlighting how to push HX further up the stack Organise a session on scoping this as a first deliverable @Andrew Slackto do a short ppt on how to use Scenario Building & Role playing in design processes. (next time) Include tips and tricks for overcoming difficult conversations e.g. using a manequin, reserving a place at every table. What projects should we pin as short term goals, what actions can we take to start work on deliverables?
