AOB & Actions

Andrew

Andy W to add notes here.

I have taken the notes and tied them to the deliverable that I think they best support. Our survey respondents skewed heavily towards middle aged men in NA / EU. This is our clear target market for deliverables.

Deliverable 1

  • Expert Series is something we should continue.
  • Alta Nel  is excited about deliverable 1 but it is hard to participate / experiment with an ecosystem without actually being in the ecosystem.
    • We might need to focus on bringing people in rather than going out and doing our own research.
    • Turn this into a call to action to get wallet builders / users to come in a give demos.

Deliverable 2

  • Translate the wallet survey and have wallet walk throughs from those who are building wallets.
  • Is there some kind of spin on our expert series where we flip the script and interview real users (non-expert feedback).

Deliverable 3

  • Alta Nel  mentioned there was a company building a wallet blueprint based off compiling several different wallets.

Others

  • Previously had an APAC call. How could we get them more involved?
    • Ties into language variation.
  • Be more outward facing.
    • Andrew Slack agreed that this was important.
    • Bring over some liaison from other groups to our meetings.
