1. Eight members joined the call 

   1. Inaugural meeting began with welcome and introduction of all members

2. Meeting schedules was agreed upon - Third Thursday of the month, 10:00 to 11:00 am EST / 3:00 to 4:00 pm UTC / 7:00 to 8:00 am PST

3. Review of TF Wiki - similar layout to EFWG

4. Review of Landing Page - Content in draft and requires review/comments from the members

5. Was agreed that any member can assume the role of convener when necessary

6. In depth discussion ensued concerning operation structure of the TF, the WG under which it operates (e.g., responsibilities related to review, approval processes and deliverables)

   1. Discussion was relevant as every working group will publish white papers specific to their areas of expertise and potentially span expertise across numerous working groups

   2. Members were in agreement that the WPTF serve as a central point of collaboration and communication coordination and therefore would not be supportive of separate WPTFs for each working group

   3. Members recognize the need to ensure generation and publication of white papers is free for all to join in - seamless and frictionless
