2. Carly Huitema provided update on Opportunities of Decentralized Resource Identifiers in the Research Landscape. White paper is a version of paper submitted to New Digital Research Infrastructure Organization (NDRIO, a national not-for-profit organization to advance establishment of a research-focused digital research infrastructure (DRI) ecosystem for Canadian researchers).

   1. Next step – final EFWG approval

3. Discussion concerning how to create synergy between all ToIP WGs regarding writing and publication of white papers

   1. Need for one voice

   2. encourage collaboration between authors and expert peers in ToIP community

4. Discussion concerning home for WPTF under EFWG - agreed

   1. EFWG as L4 is customer to all other layers and provides ecosystem context for all other stacks

   2. EFWG provides broader lens perspective

5. Collaboration Hub

   1. Ideas and discussion on how to provide persistent status on white papers to WGs

6. White Paper portal - will need to work with operations to streamline process for white paper portal submission
