20 mins	Intro to GLEIF vLEI Ecosystem Governance Framework	Karla McKenna	At the All-Member Meeting on Dec 8th, GLEIF will make a ToIP-only member announcement of the public review of its vLEI Ecosystem Governance Framework. See Introducing the Verifiable LEI (vLEI). Note: the full public announcement will come in January. Karla will provide a quick overview of what she and @Sam Smith will be covering. She pointed out that there are literally thousands of use cases for vLEI credentials because the need for verifiable organization identity. The proposal is to set up a dedicated ToIP GitHub repo for feedback using GitHub issues. As a WG, the GSWG can schedule additonal deeper dives with Karla as needed.
2 mins	Task Force reports	TF Leads	ToIP Stack Design Principles TF - @Drummond Reed & @Victor Syntez See Design Principles for the ToIP Stack (Google doc draft) Reminder that this is now a ToIP Approved Deliverable, so the only actions left are: Completing revisions to the graphics (huge thanks to @Wenjing Chu) Converting into Word docs using ToIP Style Guide: @Victor Syntez and @Scott Perry have volunteered to help with this. Goal is to complete production and announce at All-Member Meeting on Dec 8th. Governance Architecture TF - @Drummond Reed This TF has completed its deliverables and will close with their approval (see the next agenda item).

10 mins	ToIP Core and GSWG Terms Wikis	Chairs	We are making great progress on starting to populate the terms wikis (and thus our glossaries)! ToIP Core terms wiki and glossary GSWG terms wiki and glossary eSSIF-Lab glossary We also have several new terms wiki / glossary features implemented: Proxy term pages — see example of governance framework listed in the ToIP Core glossary We will be able to use this immediately to reference terms from the eSSIF-Lab glossary One-click link copying and source definition linking in glossaries We are also working on ToIP Term Tool V1.x and V2 features that will do auto-linking of ToIP deliverable documents written in Markdown (to which we can do relatively automated conversion of Word docs or Google docs). Key question: who is willing to volunteer to help enter terms used in our Approved Deliverables into the ToIP Core terms wiki or GSWG terms wiki? --
