Ecosystem Flow Template - Work in Progress

EFWG requirements for GSWG - Need to define list requirements and deliverables for the GSWG -What policies and procedures and templates does an Ecosystem need to form, operate and grow.?

Key points to consider:

  • Green vs Brownfield Ecosystems - How will TOIP methods merge with existing frameworks?

  • Focus on business and consumer friendly language to explain governance and trust frameworks

  • Consider Ecosystem boundaries and "Cross Domain Trust". How will multiple diverse ecosystems connect? This is a primary target of TOIP

  • Existing governance frameworks operating within the TOIP community today can be used as prototypes to harvest GSWG requirements

  • Entidad can provide a first prototype use case to help define GSWG requirements

  • Will publish a new EFWG requirements page to collaborate and capture GSWG deliverables

Ecosystem Definition - Please review updated definition marked as "V1.0 What is a ToIP Ecosystem?" on the Workflow and Concepts wiki page. First final draft definition will be submitted to the Glossary by 02, October.

What additional flows should be added to the template categories? Need volunteers to update the template.
Ecosystem roles and terms - what recommendations should we make to the Governance WG use cases and Roles Task force?
Ecosystem Operations or Lifecycle - We have a pending recommendation to include operations in the process. How should we do that?
"Implementation plan" template has been cited as a new deliverable for the EC WG - What does this mean and who can start this work?
