Drummond Reed  kicked off the meeting and presented to agenda and the anti trust policy.

Call to Order

Drummond Reed called the meeting to order at approx. 12:08 and announced the meeting would be recorded and took the official minutes.There were no objections.

Drummond Reed  reminded the Steering Committee of the Antitrust Policy.
