Comments were raised on the Guardianship Mental Model Diagram and will be taken to the owners/originator of that diagram for consideration.

Having taken this action, the group noted that there no further comments on the document content to be reviewed.

Hence the meeting agreed the document review process was complete.

The group agreed that the next step was to share this milestone with the chairs of the GHP Blueprint and agree on how to publish the Addendum.
