Narrative Drafting Group

Objective

The Interoperability Blueprint needs to be accessible to a wide audience, including policymakers, the media, and consumers. Narrative content is needed at the beginning of the Blueprint, before readers dive into each constituent interoperability challenge, to ground readers in the problem statement, the ecosystem, and the key design considerations.

Responsibilities and Deliverables

This narrative group is tasked with writing the content at the beginning of the Interoperability Blueprint, which is meant to:

  1. Be educational to readers (i.e. introducing vocabulary and key technical concepts)
  2. Provide framing/context for the materials that follow
  3. Respond to the concerns ew see raised by the media and in the public debate about health passes/vaccine passports.
  4. Walk readers through many of the logical leaps that we've made about key design principles.
  5. Give individuals and organizations confidence that GHPC is setting a high bar for good health passes.
