I’m on a train so will likely fall off soon. We could add GAN to the guest list at some point.
Trust Registry Query Protocol is definitely an ecosystem need.
Andor Kesselman to Everyone 11:14 AM
Just a small update: We’re picking up the cadence for meetings on moving TRQP forward to bi-weekly starting next week.

Keri Suite Working Group (KSWG) is ToIP’s newest Working Group. Approved at the Sept 4th SC meeting. Now the ACDC TF will be doing the necessary steps to close the work they are currently working on in the TF, and having the TSWG donate the appropriate work items to the new KSWG.
You to Everyone 11:17 AM
Is an ecosystem of ecosystem pattern a hierarchy or network and how do technologies support either model
Darrell O'Donnell to Everyone 11:17 AM
Hierarchy or heterarchy.

Watch this page which should be updated with the Tech Arch V2 spec available here after Oct. 1st when it is targeted to be approved by TSWG.

Is DIDcomm part of the TSWG?
Darrell O'Donnell to Everyone 11:29 AM
No. DIDComm is at DIF

This BLOG explains the TSP:
https://www.trustoverip.org/blog/2024/04/11/toip-announces-the-first-implementers-draft-of-the-trust-spanning-protocol-specification/
There is a reference implementation of the TSP in code at OWF - Open Wallet Foundation.

We can expect therefore that lower level services are the ones who are going to implement the trust spanning protocol and who then sell services to the trust application developers.
Judith Fleenor to Everyone 11:47 AM
You are asking excellent questions, Carly.

One of my favorite blog posts about adoption of a specification:

Here’s openID certifications program

As an example
Judith Fleenor 11:54 AM
The ToIP Steering Committee talked about creating Test Suites and eventually Certification for the ToIP Specification over two years ago.
Both Test Suites and Certifications is in the possible future plan.
Take a look at the Evolution of the Stack which outlines that timeline and where we are now:
https://www.trustoverip.org/our-work/evolution-of-the-toip-stack/
When we get to that point, we will decided if we develop that ourselves or partner with other organizations such as OWF and/or Kantera or others.

Here is the BLOG for the TRQP before it was renamed to Trust Registries Query Protocol.
https://www.trustoverip.org/blog/2024/04/03/toip-announces-the-implementers-draft-of-thetrust-registry-protocol-specification-v2-0/
Andor Kesselman to Everyone 11:51 AM
TRQP is a simple RESTful Endpoint that sits on top of an existing trust registry to answer the question : “ Does entity X hold authorization Y under ecosystem governance framework Z?”
Nicky Hickman to Everyone 11:52 AM
Also do TR's also sometimes hold schema? or is that in verifiable data registries?
Drummond Reed to Everyone 11:53 AM
Yes, Nicky, they can also hold schema (but they don’t have to be the only source of schema)
