Next task

Create proposals for chaining semantics with syntax.  (assume Verifiable Credential Based)

Express each use case in each chaining proposal.

Iterate on proposals.

Open Question:

Syntax should at least support Trees and DAGs  (Directed Acyclic Graphs) not merely linear chain

Should syntax also support cyclical graphs.
