:There were many action items from the previous meetings. The easy reports are here:

✅ ACTION: Merge PR #1 as starting point.

✅ ACTION: @Eric Scouten to copy the text from Microsoft granting permission to use the spec into meeting notes. Also note that original spec was MIT licensed.

✅ ACTION: @Eric Scouten to bring over the following issues: #3, #4, #5 (with PR #7), #6 (with PR #8).

All other action items are either filed as pull requests or issues for further tracking and will be discussed later in the meeting.
