The AI & huMan trust Task Force (AIM TF) is a task force of the ToIP Technology Stack Working Group (TSWG).

Mission

This task force focuses on :

Research and propose ways to apply ToIP technology stack to enhance human trust in AI technologies;
Research and propose ways to apply AI technologies to better solve trust challenges in the context of human and AI interactions.

From time to time, the task force may call out explicitly planned deliverables.

Note: The AI & huMan trust Task Force is previously known as "AI & Metaverse Task Force". To view the old page, you may go to "Version history" and select v.46 (March 5, 2025) or earlier. The new task force keeps the same acronym "AIM" or "AIMTF".

Deliverables

The AIM task force may propose new deliverables from time to time. In the 2025 calendar year, the deliverables we are working on are:

A series of white papers on the subject of strengthening trust in human and AI interactions leveraging the Trust Spanning Protocol (TSP).
How to build trust in AI Agents

As a Task Force (TF) of the Technology Stack WG (TSWG), the AIMTF inherits the IPR terms from the TSWG JDF Charter.

Copyright mode: Creative Commons Attribution 4.0.
Patent mode: W3C Mode (based on the W3C Patent Policy).
Source code: Apache 2.0, available at Apache License, Version 2.0 . The AIM TF is not expected to produce source code.
