Schema design for COVID-19 vaccination reporting and other coronavirus-related data capture requirements (Paul—30 mins)

- COVID-19 Credentials Initiative (CCI) Schema Task Force at LF Public Health
  - Schemas and Profiles are domain-specific (e.g., a demographics schema or demographics profile). Forms and Credentials are a digital representation of a paper document (e.g., a visa waiver form or visa waiver credential). For this task force, we want to stay domain-focussed so that there is a separation of scope with the #cci-vaccinecredentialsfg-us group. The differentiation between profiles and credentials is important when it comes to data storage and portability.

- Overview: CCI Schema TF kickoff meeting (Mon., Feb.22)
  - CCI Schema TF to be a fulcrum for all COVID-related schema definitions
  - COVID schema repository to be housed at LF Public Health
  - Designing a Minimal Viable Schema (MVP), a generic cross-jurisdictional multilingual schema specification
  - Include Codes of Practice, legal prose for purpose of use and data governance requirements
  - Identify other groups that are doing complimentary work and discuss collaboration
  - Create developer-friendly implementation documents for different data models and data representation formats
