Carly will present this information to the steering committee for any final comments.

As these videos take hours to prepare, only egregious mistakes will be changed by Carly. However, motivated people may access all the files in the google drive (slides, recordings, shotcut file) to make any edits they want to propose and share the reworked recording for evaluation.

  • How do we govern the release of videos? - this task force.

  • Where do videos get released? - youtube, linkedin, ToIP webpage

  • How harmonized are they with LFDT and ToIP slides?

    • We will work on our own slide template

  • Real world examples we can add to topics?

    • First are just the basics

    • Second are stories and examples to illustrate a more complex idea

  • Who is the audience?

    • Non-members who are interested in digital trust

  • Topics that ToIP specializes in:

    • Governance, Trust spanning protocol, trust registries, KERI

    • What are the foundations of knowledge that people need to have before they can appreciate and dig into these concepts

    • Scott will work on adapting his content on Governance to a video format.

  • Adjust video size to be better for mobile (not vertical though, more square).
