Update on progress on Spec-Up-T

@Henk van Cann
@Kor Dwarshuis

@Drummond Reed noted that the Trust Registry Task Force is ready to use Spec-Up-T for the Public Review Draft of the TRQP V2.0 Specification.

@Henk van Cann showed the new version of how Spec-Up-T displays a glossary. @Kor Dwarshuis explained how it is now based on the Bootstrap framework for durability.

@Henk van Cann and @Kor Dwarshuis gave a how-to on xrefs and trefs. Xrefs are pointers to definitions in external glossaries. Trefs (“transclusion references”) are also references to definitions in external glossaries, but the difference is that they will include a copy of the external definition in the local document.

@John Wunderlich Possible roadmap issue: referring to http://www.commonaccord.org/ for contracts etc.
