Interoperability TF — 

• activities moved back into the TSWG for now while we determine what the interop use case are and raise the TF up at that point.

Trust Registry TF — @Darrell O'Donnell

• The Draft Deliverable for the ToIP Trust Registry Protocol V1 is nearly complete and ready for Community Review.

• @Darrell O'Donnell is working on the final open issue of encoding of protocol parameters.

• There is still a major action item left, which is defining all the glossary entries—see the next topic below.

• early "executive decision" to leave parameters passed in as URL Parameters. Impacts on visibility of parameters (and Paths for that matter) under <TLS 1.3 (which is normal now). 

• McCown - are there better specs for us to point the governance groups at where security issues are green/yellow/red.

ACDC TF —

Design Principles TF — @Drummond Reed

• Drummond was not able to attend the meeting but reported that steady progress continues on the Design Principles for the ToIP Stack V1.

• There has been a great deal of discussion about several of the principles.

• This document will have a significant impact on the work of the TSWG in creating the ToIP Technical Architecture Specification and the layer-specific specs, so input and review by TSWG members is encouraged.

• There is another Community Writing Workshop this coming Thursday at 17:00-18:00 PT / 00:00-01:00 UTC.

ISO TC307 - recently approved move for digital identity (tech report under TC307) ToIP to be a registrar and aligning the ToIP stack with it. @Jim StClairsits for the US, @Former user (Deleted)sits for Sweden. 

IEEE P2145 covers DLT/Blockchain Governance as well

TSWG Glossary Development

Chairs

• @Drummond Reed was not able to attend today but reports that the Concepts and Terminology WG is almost ready to begin rolling out terms wiki capability for all ToIP WGs who need it.

• One of the priorities is the glossary needed for the ToIP Trust Registry Protocol V1.

• Drummond will make a recommendation for how to proceed as soon as the CTWG is ready—but wants to solicit volunteers who are willing to work on the definitions in the terms wiki. 

INPUT for C&T WG - push for single glossary unless a very compelling reason is found for multiple.
