Only members of ToIP who have signed the necessary agreements are permitted to participate in this activity beyond an observer role. New Members:
45 mins	Review and finalization of requirements	Chairs	Requirements document: It was agreed that during the proposal evaluation, we should also be open to consider if requirements should also be amended when we learn new things from the proposal discussions.
5 mins	Decision on proposal stage timeline	Chairs	At least 3 proposals expected Next week, we will continue finalizing the requirements First possibility for proposals is in 2 weeks (25th of May). Proposal stage will happen during June.
