- As the final act of the KERI/ACDC Task Force we should cut a final 0.9 release of all the specifications and have all contributors sign the OWFa to seal off that version of the spec.

- GLEIF is hitting an issue with a dependency issue with Python 3.12.x. They are cutting a 3.11.x branch of KERIpy and Hio to allow their builds to work until the external tool supports the latest Python.

- Recommendation to reference the CESR spec.
- Worst case, they can create a derivative spec from CESR that contains only SAID language. However, there is no promise of drift if that occurs.
