Introduction
As with all Joint Development Foundation (JDF) projects hosted by the Linux Foundation, overall governance and strategic direction for the ToIP Foundation are provided by Issurer Governance Requirements Task Force.
Scope
Issurer Governance Requirements Task Force raises and considers strategic issues and makes decisions on topics that affect the entire Foundation including membership, budget and the disbursement of funds, creation and management of Working Groups, and the approval/adoption of official deliverables.
Meetings
Schedule: meetings take place on the second Wednesday of each month from 10:00-11:00 PT / 17:00-18:00 UTC.
