Task Force Charter - a basic what's in/out for scope:
Technical Interoperability definition for the interactions between Layer 1 (_____) and Layer 2
Focus should be on:
- CRUD for:
- DID
- DID Document
- anything else?
- Sovrin/Indy:
- CredDefs
- SchemaDefs
- Limited list of required items:
- Anchoring DIDs with key rotation (includes possible KERI support)
- DID Document serving (CRUD)
- do we need anything as granular as getNodes() / getConsensusStatus() / getObservers()...
