•  ACTION: Drummond Reed to interview Sam to start to document Sam's approach to "filling in the details" of the four layers.

Composable Event Streaming Representation (CESR) is an integral part of the design on KERI. In the NA/EU session Drummond will do his best to explain the rationale for CESR; in the APAC session we should be able to go even deeper into the topic with Sam Smith.
