Meeting Date and Time

Apr 1, 2025 The TSWG holds a plenary meeting once every month on the first Tuesday.
There are two editions of the plenary meeting to accommodate global time zones:
- The NA/EU edition is at 08:00-09:00 PT / 15:00-16:00 UTC.
- The APAC edition is at 14:00-15:00 PT / 21:00-22:00 UTC.

We will produce one consolidated set of meeting notes for both editions together.
- Where it is helpful, the notes will indicate which notes were taken in which meeting.

In addition to the licensing terms of this Working Group’s JDF charter, this Working Group operates under the official policy that any Working Group Participant who makes a contribution to a Draft Deliverable shall have a maximum of 45 days from the date of that contribution to exclude any Essential Claims pertaining to that contribution. Trust Registry TF — @Andor @Antti Kettunen @Darrell O'Donnell Trust Registry Query Protocol (TRQP) V2.0 going into Public Review 02. Simplified structure. The LFDT blog post about the review period should be posted soon. Room for new Co-Chairs going forward. Trust Spanning Protocol TF — @Drummond Reed @Wenjing Chu @Sam Smith Wenjing has been talks about using MCP and A2A over TSP. AI and huMan Trust (AIM) TF — @Wenjing Chu @Neil Thomson reported that there are many groups looking at AI agents and interactions. Reassessing early in the New Year, they will reassess what the 2026 deliverables will be. High Assurance VIDs TF — @Alex Tweeddale @Scott Perry @mathieu @Andre Kudra @Drummond Reed Currently work on this spec is largely stalled. We need to check with @Alex Tweeddale as to whether the TF should be suspended until there is demand. ACTION: @Drummond Reed to check with @Alex Tweeddale about whether the HAVID TF should continue or go into hibernation. DID SCID TF — @Drummond Reed @Markus Sabadello We continue to get excellent feedback and now have a second implementation (in Rust). The plan is to take the spec through the DIF DID Methods WG recommendation process once the DID methods for different DID SCID formats have gone through the process. The W3C CCG just announced a new DID method call did:cel. The specification is here: Cryptographic Event Log v0.1. @Carly Huitema suggested that it would be helpful to put together a DID method red-teaming exercise.
