GOAL: Get Public Review 02 in play by end of September. General idea is to get the spec out and let it sit for a while as there are many implementors moving.

Review:

  • PR44 & PR114 (since closed by @Charles Lanahan) have been overtaken by events - REC: CLOSE

    • Kudos to daidoji and dlandi for leaning in

    • PR44: will close today barring issues raised in APAC call

  • https://github.com/trustoverip/tswg-trust-registry-protocol/pull/142 a substantial update, but largely a cleanup. Needs review.

• Issues

  • Generally we should close out ALL of the issues. Some (e.g. https://github.com/trustoverip/tswg-trust-registry-protocol/issues/21 ) are very useful for posterity and should be captured.

    • Suggestion: Review each and put in recommended “disposition” in comments.

Symposium

ToIP is putting on a symposium in November. How will TRTF participate?

• November 19-20

• Steering Committee is working on updating the format

  • Day 1 - talks (30-min OR 60-min) - recorded independently

  • Day 2 - interactive workshops (not recorded) - deep dives, hackathon, hands-on examples

• 30-minute - here’s the role of TRQP (in the stack, general interop)

  • Why TRQP, PR02 Draft is active for Implementation?
