20 mins	Nested messages	Wenjing Chu	We had a long discussion about the diagram in screenshot #1 and nested messages and whether encryption and/or signing is required at every level. DECISION: Signatures will be required at every level of nesting. Encryption shall be optional at all levels of nesting.
20 mins	Spec-Up questions	Wenjing Chu	We discussed an issue Wenjing in having with section number in Spec-Up. ACTION: Wenjing Chu to check with Kevin Griffin and/or Darrell O'Donnell to see if he can resolve the SpecUp heading numbering issue.
