Purpose

To create a collection of artifacts to assist program champions in developing and operationalizing a ToIP ecosystem. The scope of the artifacts will consist of a framework for understanding and articulating the lifecycle and business value of a proposed ecosystem as well as guidance and templates that:

• Encourage best practices

• Accelerate time to ecosystem launch

• Reduce program risk 

• Help realize sustainable business value

There will be an emphasis on highlighting issues that are unique to ToIP ecosystems but we will also attempt to connect these issues to accepted best practices for business programs in general.

Deliverables

How to use this: Identify a deliverable in any phase you would like to take ownership of and contribute to. Enter your name or names of people on your team and estimate a due date to help with tracking.

It is also a great idea to reach out to the EFWG chairs to schedule a slot on the WG call to present your ideas for the deliverable, share progress and ask for input.

Feel free to add deliverable items that would be helpful to any phase. You don't need to sign up for ownership, but hey, if you really feel it is important...
