How Paper Will Work

Decompressed to W3C, signature rules run, business rules run
Haven't talked about how to move handwritten card into a digital credential; will be up to the issuer and QR code - go to website and redeem back to it; several redemption models
Paper creds wants to know the JSON format (FHIR or JSON-LD); need someone to define here is the actual record whether it's capturing a vax or test record)

Data Exchange

Schema.org, FHIR (C4 probably too complicated), cdisc - if the data is there, pick something
If W3C is redefining ontology, it's probably wise to key an eye on the cdisc model (which is stable) - just mapping (using JSON-LD and schema.org, they're defining the semantics to map to FHIR; John Walker mentioned this)
