- Requirements:
  - Fine grained permissions
  - Some TR implementations might be too simplistic.
  - What builds onto organizations mapped well to AI Agents.
  - Conceptually :
    - Agents cannot register themselves ← How do you get into the registry.
    - Do we need a protocol to standardize how an agent will ask for permissions in the registry?
    - Volume and lifecycles: How do you craft policies around the TR with agents?
    - Human/Organization registration challenges with AI Agents. Disclosures.
    - Requirements. Clarity in roles and responsibilities.
    - HI vs. NHI : How do you define you’re an agent?
    - Speed requirements are different. Measuring it by speed. Early detection mechanisms.
  - Should the community work on policy/write protocols?
Surveillance :
- No Phone Home - No Phone Home : Meant for issuers. Not for holders. But not technically enforced.
- Language in the text for intended use case? Not meant for holder.
