Migration to the AIM WG

ALL

DONE. Wiki change: AI & Human Trust Working Group By LFDT’s recommendation, I changed the spelling to be *normal*: i.e. AI and Human Trust WG, and continue to use AIM as an acronym.
Channel: ToIP is eventually moving to Discord to be on LFDT’s Discord server. We are free to migrate now. A new Discord channel has been created here: https://discord.com/channels/905194001349627914/1379651804790264018 (Note: just the basic text channel now but we could turn on other bells and whistles as needed)
DECISION: should we move to Discord now? There are questions of how to find the Discord channel. Conclusion is to keep both on for a period of time, say a month, then review again. Also posting the Discord link to Slack.

35 mins

MCP and TMCP

@Wenjing Chu

@Wenjing Chu will present what is MCP? and what is TMCP? Why is it very important for AI agents? He will also propose that the AIM WG produce a draft specification on TMCP.

Had lively discussions. We will follow up next week with some demo of TMCP. Will confirm before the next meeting.

Working Session on Use Cases

@Chi Hwa Tang

ALL

@Chi Hwa Tang shared his draft of the use case proposal. Please review and comment here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1sqesacOP4GMaKadY-GDFPfFqSV1sPE6ejh09em65YF8/edit?pli=1&tab=t.0#heading=h.8o1gv9hkmgwl

If you have access issues, please note that you need to be a member of ToIP for contributions per ToIP IPR rules. Joining in easy: https://trustoverip.org/get-involved/membership/

We will review in more detail next week.

From last week’s Minutes:

  • We decided to take a practical approach to draft a simplified use case on travel : from researching destinations to booking tickets, for instance. And use that as the first step. @Chi Hwa Tang is to draft a version for the next week’s meeting.

  • We will review the draft next week.
