Fantastic Trust Tasks and Where to Find Them?Steven Milstein

Following @Steven Milstein great lead, I ask what are a good set of trust tasks to have for ai applications? Can we come up a list? As implied by being a protocol, we like to abstract many similar tasks to a small number of reusable patterns (ie protocols). This list will be incredibly valuable for planning our work and give substance to the term trust tasks. In the past, we used examples like credential exchange, agreement signing, consent… but coming up with a real list would be a great contribution.

  • OPEN: The TSP+C2PA+CAWG white paper:  interest to see it as a specification or implementation? Can be a collaboration between AIM & CAWG (and along with TSP and C2PA respectively). 
  • OPEN: Upgrading this TF to a WG, scheduled for May 21
    • Use the same charter template (same IPR options) as TSWG, but replace the scope with AIM's
  • CLOSED: Promotions: of the White Paper in LFDT blogs (emailed Emily) - Completed. LFDT Insights out.

  • Some logistic issues:

    • OPEN subscribing to this meeting reported by Eric Drury
    • OPEN getting host code to kick out un-identified bots- reached out to Michelle but waiting for reply.
    • OPEN finding links to auto-saved recordings and transcripts and ai summaries
    • CLOSED old recordings missing (from 2023) - is it expired?
      • Michelle Janata confirmed that during the move those old recordings are lost. Gone.
