• KERI Working Group now listed: https://trustoverip.org/our-work/working-groups/
  • Are we now a working group? - Judith Fleenor - Yes we are!
    • We need to create a 0.9 version (use the current version) of the spec
    • Get approval that the 0.9 version is "complete" from the TSWG. 
    • Then we move the specs (Kevin Griffin to create new repos) to the KERI WG so we can begin finalizing the spec in the KERI WG
    • Announce that we are moving the work (wait for 7 days, TBD). - Just regular approval by the TSWG to move the specs.
  • Can we create top level section in the Wiki or does someone have to do that for us?
    • Philip Feairheller - Create working group section now with a pointer to this Task Force page, leave work here until the waiting period is complete, then close out this Task Force page and create a pointer to the new work in the KERI WG section.
• Penetration testing complete at healthKERI, initial report stated: "nothing profound or exploitable found".

  • Discussion about TEL "witnesses" and "watchers.
    • These can be shared with standard web infrastructure because duplicity detection is handled at the KEL level with real witnesses and watchers.
    • A proposal for how to interoperate around TEL discovery, percolation could be a good future discussion.
    • Maybe use the term TEL Observer to differentiate from watchers.
