ToIP Policy: Only members of ToIP who have signed the necessary agreements are permitted to participate in this activity beyond an observer role.

ToIP wants us to use this folder in order to ensure that all contributions are made by people who have signed ToIP member agreements and have clear IP licensing rights associated.
