•  Philip Feairheller - Create working group section in WIKI now with a pointer to this Task Force page
•  Kevin Griffin - Sign OWF a for 0.9, version the repo, leave the spec repositories as is.
•  Kevin Griffin - Figure out the OWFa signing approach and implement it for the 3 specs at version 0.9
•  Sam Smith - Add corner case on 0.9 version of the spec for delegated rotation.
•  Nov 12th meeting - decide how to move forward on frequency of spec calls
