- We need to create a 0.9 version (use the current version) of the spec
- Get approval that the 0.9 version is "complete" from the TSWG.
- Then we move the specs (Kevin Griffin to create new repos) to the KERI WG so we can begin finalizing the spec in the KERI WG
- Announce that we are moving the work (wait for 7 days, TBD). - Just regular approval by the TSWG to move the specs.
- Can we create top level section in the Wiki or does someone have to do that for us?
