As an Issuer is a participant in direct and indirect interactions, it is suggested to capture/classify all requirements as Issuer specific/primary (initial priority) vs indirect/secondary. Observation - particularly in the Issuer, Holder, Verifier triangle (or similar component interactions) that issues/requirements be captured and considered separately to determine if those requirements can be pushed back on the individual components or if intermediaries may be required. Note: Trust Registry governance is likely a variation on Issuer's governance. |
